Lovely house in kangaroo point in EAST BRISBANE, Queensland for sale

Hi all!
(sorry for the confusion, we had a problem with the add so if you tried to contact us dont hesitate to call again, we are still looking for a housemate)
We have a room available in our lovely house in Kangaroo Point! It is a 3 bedrooms Queenslander with a backdeck, a garden and a pool. The location is perfect, close to Kangaroo Point cliffs, shops and 10 minutes from Southbank. The room is quite large (space for a Queen bed, desk and wardrobe), it comes with wardrobe (if needed) but no bed.
You will be living with two awesome housemates, Catherine and Virgil who are both working full time.
Rent is $160 and bills (gas, electricity water) are split between everyone, which comes around $50/month. No problem with smoking as long as it is outside. Plenty of parking spaces in the street and one uncovered car space at the back
